Trust Benefits served Public Sector trust funds like UFCW and IBEW with web based business sites. Participants could manage their benefits, employers could report their workers, medical personnel could look up participants and administrators could manage the whole thing on our products.
My primary job on my first tour 2000 – 2002 was sales and marketing the product suite both online, in print and face to face in sales meetings and trade shows. I was the technical face as I could answer any questions about the software services
During my second stint at TBT I was put in charge of our employer remittance software. That meant working with employers, administrators and programmers to create and run the employer portal. We made it easy for managers to go in and report hours, earnings, vacation, hires and fires with prepopulated forms and automated time sheet uploading.
